Can you patent, trademark, copyright food flavoers?
Does anyone know if a food flavor can be patented, trademarked or copyrighted? I have an idea for a flavor that combines two already existing foods. It's not just combining mixing two things and there is the food item. It's more complicated than that. I've already done it at home, but can I patent it? If so, can you tell me the website for more info? Thanks

Do I need a patent, trademark or a copyright for the game I created?
I am currently trying to create a game, and I'm confused to whether it falls under a patent since I invented the game, or trademark since many symbols and phrases have been created for this game, or copyright since the instructions written by me includes many creative background stories and the items in the game itself will include many references to those stories. It is important to note that all I have done is written the instructions, which uses the phrases and symbols I created, but I have not physically created any actual objects and currently it just exists as an idea on paper. If it falls under multiple property protections then can I get it all done at once? Also I had a hard time trying to figure out the cost of obtaining these things, could anyone give me some specific information concerning cost?Lastly, I do not wish to keep this game for myself to market, but rather I wish to sell it to any interested company. Can I just get a basic ownership of the game I invented and then sell it as an idea to a company for them to market? In other words can I just copyright the instructions and it be an adequate protection of the game from ever being marketed without my consent?

Interested in patents, trademarks and possible future products?
After major Holiday functions involving " feasts," and guests the more the merrier.. How many of our wanted guests offer to wash all the dishes including pot and pans? There are still many who cannot justify the expense of a dishwasher on a day to day basis Around Thanksgiving nearly every store has dispoable roasing pans that are manufactured economically enough to be disposed of, yet sturdy enough to hold a 30lb. turkey Does our future kitchen inventions possibly include disposable Pots and Pans same concept Except capable of withstanding direct heat for use on the stovetop? As of current, I have not had a Dish Fairy ever to magically appear and resolve so much as even 1 dirty pot and pan after such an event when I am throughly exhausted and unexpected easy cleanup would be most desired Do you think our nations corparations Large or Small research and development departments could or would think this concept worth the time to even consider???
